Liam Rosenior was penalised for impeding Stilian Petrov for the Villa penalty which Gareth Barry smashed home on 26, but had he already handled in the area in the 6th minute and gotten away with it?
The Right Result Panel adjudges that a penalty should have been awarded to Aston Villa for the Rosenior handball, changing the 1-1 draw at Villa Park to a Right Result of 2-1 to Aston Villa.
