It was never a free kick - and never a penalty - so 1-0 to the Blues! :) I also notice how Johnson's claim for a penalty in the closing stages has been overlooked! Was more of a foul than the one that led to the equalising free-kick anyway. Carsley clearly won the ball and was booked for his trouble. Arsenal scored from the resulting free kick just outside the area and everton were denied being the 1st away team to win at the Emerites.
