Should a penalty have been given for a Mido Handball? (Blackburn vs Spurs 19/11/06)

In an ill-tempered match that had three sendings off (if you include Spurs boss Martin Jol - although his was later rescinded after an apparent mis-communication with the ref!), the major Right Result decision was that Blackburn ought to have had a penalty awarded for a Mido handball with the score at 1-1.
The Right Result was 2-1 to Blackburn.

I thought he used his chest to be honest, which is saying something since I’m a one-eyed Gooner who’s usually more than happy for the scum to take a beating!!!

Unfortunately you can’t change your vote and you can only vote once. That is the way these things work.

Yes it was a penalty!!! The money grabber shouldn’t even have been on the pitch after his elbow in the first half!! Absolute joke!!!
Once again, Rovers get shafted by the ref.
