The referee was going to award a penalty for a foul by Malbranque on Barton but was overruled by the linesman. He shouldn’t have been!
The panel adjudges Manchester City should have been awarded a penalty for the foul by Malbranque on Barton and The Right Result is therefore a 2-2 draw.
