Chelsea’s emphatic victory (Wigan vs Chelsea 23/12/2006)
Two decisions in this game went against Chelsea. Firstly Kalou had a goal disallowed early in the second half because Arjen Robben was flagged offside. However he was level. Secondly Emile Heskey scored his second goal from an offside position.
The panel adjudges the right result to have been Wigan 1 Chelsea 4.
