Fulham robbed of victory (Fulham vs West Ham 23/12/2006)
Referee Chris Foy gave a free kick outsde the area for a foul on Tomasz Radzinskli in the first half, but the infringement started inside the area so should have been a penalty.
The panel adjudges the right result is Fulham 1 West Ham 0.

Rosenior handles the ball on the goal line after coming off the underside of the crossbar.
