good comments Stephen, my question is why has right result ignored these? now the first block may have been a little harsh, but the second off the line was a clear arm movement towards the ball, and so a pen and sending off!!

good job were not Everton and Bitter about goal difference!!!

This ignores the two handball incidents in the penalty area in the first half that weren't given against Spurs. The first could have been a penalty, but the second should have been a penalty AND a sending off, as it was on the goal-line. So the score should probably have been 3-2 to City, ignoring the fact that Spurs might not have scored a second if they had been a man down.
