WIGAN ATHLETIC vs SUNDERLAND - Black Cats pawed by Latics

Roy Keane’s Sunderland team came down to earth with a bump on Saturday. After a fine pair of opening wins for the Black Cats, the Latics’ Emile Heskey and Antoine Sibierski were too hot for them to handle on this outing. Despite the fact that Heskey’s opener was clearly offside and is therefore ruled out, Wigan ought to have been awarded further penalties for infringements on Koumas and Heskey in the Sunderland area.
The Right Result is 4-0 to Wigan Athletic.

Glad you spotted Heskey’s opener as I’d thought it will mean the score looked better for us, but I’d not seen the other two incidents so in fact it looks worse!!! Still our season will be a mixed bag I think so no worries yet - get in Sund-Ireland!
